XPlan is a mobile application that allows users to create, share, and discover travel plans. The app includes: • Travel plan creation • Place, hotel, and flight information • Video guides • Social sharing features

2. Account Creation

To fully use the app, you need to create an account. When creating an account: • You must provide accurate and current information • You are responsible for your account security • You must keep your password secure • You must not share your account with others

3. User Conduct

When using the app, you must follow these rules: • Do not share illegal content • Respect the rights of others • Do not share spam or harmful content • Be respectful to other users • Comply with copyright laws

4. Content Rights

User-Generated Content: • You are responsible for the content you share • You grant XPlan the right to use your content • Content that infringes copyright will be removed XPlan Content: • The app and its content belong to XPlan • Unauthorized copying is prohibited

5. Premium Membership & Subscriptions (EULA)

Premium membership offers additional features: • AI-powered route creation • Unlimited plan creation • Cloud synchronization • Priority support Subscription Terms: • XPlan Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings • Refunds are subject to Apple App Store refund policy By using this app, you agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

6. Disclaimer

XPlan: • Does not guarantee uninterrupted service • Is not responsible for third-party content • Is not responsible for the results of your travel plans • The app is provided "as is"

7. Account Termination

XPlan may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases: • Violation of terms of use • Illegal activities • Harming other users • Long-term inactivity You can also delete your account at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When significant changes are made: • We will send in-app notifications • We will inform you via email • Continued use means acceptance of changes

9. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul Courts.
